- Web Development: Custom timelines are discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. Standard projects may take 14-30 days

3. Rush Delivery Options
We understand that some of our clients may need services delivered on an expedited basis. We offer rush delivery for an additional fee. Rush deliveries are typically processed within 24-48 hours, depending on the service and availability of resources.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once we have completed the work, we will confirm delivery via the method of communication you have chosen. This may include sending confirmation emails or notifications through your customer portal.
It is your responsibility to review the completed work upon receipt and notify us of any concerns or required revisions within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Client Responsibility
While we work diligently to deliver your services on time and as per your expectations, we kindly ask that you provide the following to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process:

6. Delays and Exceptions
While we always strive to meet the agreed-upon timelines, there may be instances where delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

- Force majeure events (natural disasters, governmental restrictions, etc.)
In such cases, we will keep you informed of the delay and work closely with you to minimize any impact.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Our delivery policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with the services we provide. However, if you are not satisfied with the service upon delivery, we will work with you to address any concerns. If revisions are required, we will provide them at no additional cost within the scope of the original agreement.
Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to cancel a service before completion, we will inform you of any cancellation fees applicable.
